Not receiving WhatsApp Message on 3CX web client chat page

I am unable to get a WhatsApp message on the 3CX web client chat page.

I have followed this:

https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/whatsapp/

as well as read forums.

And successfully integrated. Everything seems perfect still, but I can't receive a WhatsApp message on the 3CX chat page.
