Hi all,
We updated a client from v18 to v20.
On v18 the client saw "Transfer" and the callerID on the phones screen (Grandstream 2140) when a call was transferred.
Now it just shows ringing with no callerID.
Also, apparently some of the calls are not transferred with the error:
C:255 can not perform attended transfer - leg to be connected is not found!
What can I do to fix this?
