Not vibrating when smartphone is in vibrate mode

Hello
I have samsung note10 with android 12
My smartphone is alwaye in vibrate mobe (no ringtone) .
When I receive a call in 3cx there is no vibration at all, the phone is vibrating only after I missed the call.
My 3cz software version is 18.1.1.55

Thanks for your feedback. This is in review.

In the meantime, could you kindly try enabling vibrate in app notifications manually?

Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Notifications, audio & visual effects > Vibrate

This will open the App notifications for 3CX. Go to Notification Categories > Incoming calls > Enable Vibrate

To Join the Beta Program, launch the Play Store, search for 3CX and in the Apps information page, scroll down to where it reads "Join the Beta" and press "Join"
