Notification issues

I still have a problem with the client on a Huawei p-Smart (Android 8.0).

During a call the App gives annoying notifications that you are in a Call. These are very loud.

I have already reported this issue 4 months ago but it is still there.
Only workaround is to disable ALL notifications for the 3cx client.

I see that 4 months ago you were using Version 15.5.42 which is very old

Could you try registering for the beta version of the 3CX Client?

We've done several improvements related to notifications since version 344 that may fix the issue you're facing. (We're on version 642 now).

I've installed the beta. It still gives notifications during the call. (also it's not possible to close the application anymore).
If you're in a call and switch from the app to the home screen than just wait for 1 minute. Then the message and notification sounds occur.

I have the same issue on a Huawai P20 Pro with the latest beta. I left the beta, deinstalled and reinstalled the latest 3CX Client. But the notification tone is bugging me on both versions.
Yesterday I havent notice any notification (latest Client was just installed tonight).
Tried it on a Samsung S7 and have no anoying notification tone.

I have been using the beta with my Galaxy S7 for months and have just changed the mobile phone (Huawei). I cannot say what version it was when I had no bugging notification tone, but it should be the beta before Oct 24, 2018.
I'm now at Version 15.5.346.651 and have the notification tone that drives me mad.
