Notification of failover server

I have an enterprise version with a failover server. Is there a way to setup that the failover sends a notification when it has taken over as primary. And if so how to do this.

During the failover process you have the ability to run scripts before and after the services have been started on the passive server.

You could initiate a script to send an email after the services have been started.
