One of my customers is complaining that a number being called in Leeds starting 01132 ------ is forbidden on any phone including the mobile apps, There is no barring on the system and any number starting with 0 is allowed, The system is hosted by 3CX. I am fairly new to 3CX and can’t figure this it out. Any Ideas?

Country code restrictions? 011 is the international prefix.

I though 00 was required for interrnational calls. I have just tried other numbers in leeds and they are all forbiden

Check the activity log to see if the call is leaving the PBX or not. Set the logging level to verbose to get maximum details.
To do that go to your Dashboard / Activity Log / Settings and set the logging level to Verbose.

Make an attempt and check the log again to see if you can spot any errors.

In the event log do you see any response from your SIP provider like the below for that call:

Sometimes forbidden can actually be an issue with the far end.

Not in the UK. 0= long distance access, 113 = Area Code in Leeds.

As suggested, checking the Activity Log will show if the call actually leaves 3CX, and is sent to your provider. If it is sent, and the number format looks to be correct, when compared to another working call, then it may be a provider issue (confirming that something like caller ID is not causing an issue). What message, from the provider, is returned?

If the call is blocked internally, is not leaving 3CX, then the first thing I would check is the E164, and international call blocking, in the event something is being misinterpreted, or has inadvertently been misconfigured.
