Number of extension digits for SMB

I saw somewhere that for SMB setup, the extensions must be 5 digits.
Can someone confirm please ?

This is correct the extension digits are all set to 5 digits for 3CX SMB.

Hi there! Yes, that's correct.

SMB and 3CX Free can be installed in less than minute from your portal so you just have to configure the system for your client. With that on mind there are some things that needs to be automated like the digit extension which are 5 digits and randomly assigned to the system when created.
