O365 650 user sync limit.

Feature request:
We are onboarding larger customers, most of which are interested in Microsoft 365 integration. The issue we're running into is the 650 user sync limit is a blocker for these larger customers. We would like to request this number be increased to at least match the available users in the system based on the new simultaneous calls to licensed user extensions model.

Marty, we have an Active Directory Sync tool. It could be easily extended to work with 365 too, if needed. We support template users so when a user is added to 3CX, it will take all the default settings you configure for the template user. We can create departments in 3CX and assign users to the department. We can select different OU (groups) so you can limit who is synced with 3CX. We can disable/delete users in 3CX when a user is deleted in Active Directory (while preserving recordings and voicemails). There are situations, however, where you may have dummy users in 3CX that are not in Active Directory, and we can exclude them from being removed (because they don't exist in AD). We do not have any limits on the number of users we can manage. If you are interested in looking into expanding our existing tool to support 365, let me know.
