O365 integration not working

Hi,

My Microsoft 365 Integration is not working.
I did the steps to give my admin permissions to allow 3cx access to the tenant.
But when connected I don't see a status OK or anything like this. It is also not working.
I have other 3cx organisations and there it says status OK.

Any idea?

Are you in V18 or V20?
Also if you leave for some minutes, is there any error in the integration section?
