What is 3CX position with regards to Microsoft OCS 2007 R2? Right now, I have it setup such that if i simply dial from the Communicator client the 3 digit internal extension, the physical voip phone does ring.
But how do I configure OCS/3CX such that if someone calls the phone extension of a user, it rings both on the Communicator and the voip phone??
