Now that we can set a start with extension # I enabled the O365 integration for users to create automatic extensions and I set to to all users excepet these:
One issue that occurs now: if a guest user is created in Office 365 (someone shared a file to external for exampel and that user logs in) 3cx will create an extension for that user. if you look for that user in the list to disable that in the future - you will not be able to find that user , because it is an unlicensed users. (which is expected behaviour)
So somehow 3cx should never create an extension for a guest user in the first place.
This is kinda dangerous because it creates a working phone extension for a user that is not even part of our company.
