Solved Office 365 Issues

Hello,

We seem to have an issue with some users syncing with office365, and Teams.

As you can see the users show as synced with Office 365:


If I go to User Sync and try to find this user (and others) they are not found:


The user also has a Teams Phone License but doesnt show synced with Teams:


We have the exact same setup on our system and ours seems to work fine.

Any ideas?

Make sure it has both a first name AND a last name.
