Office 365 Shared Mailbox Contact list

I'd like to be able to use Contacts from our Shared Mailboxes with Office 365 and sync to 3CX. Currently, I have only been able to use the Public Folders successfully. I have tried selecting the shared mailbox in the Sync Users section (private user contacts), but it does not seem to work. Is there something I need to do differently or would this need to go to the feature request section?
