Office Hours Alternate Weeks

I have a customer who would like to setup alternating office hours from week to week. For example week 1 - Wednesday 9am to 5pm. The following Wednesday is 9am to 7pm. I have already suggested they use the Web Client and override office hours manually every second Wednesday. However they have declined this and requested something automatic to be setup. Any ideas?
