Office Hours and Break Times

I setup a user with specific office hours, 7am-6pm on Thursday. Today is Thursday it is 623 am, and this use is showing available. I have also tried to setup breaks which do not appear to be working either.
any ideas?

I have another extension setup that works correctly.

 

[Alphabetic]

It wont reflect instantly.
Restart the system service to push the config change.
