What is the hierarchy of precedence for office hours in 3CX.

At the trunk/port level there is office hours, but then right underneath that is the same for the DiD. Then there is office hours for the queue!!!

Not to mention global office hours

You get 3 options for Time Scheduling in DIDs:
1) Ignore Office Hours so always do the same routing.
2) Default Office Hours.
3) Specific Office Hours for a specific DID.

You get the same option in the trunk/port level but that does not override the DIDs that are below it, that rule just acts like a 'catch all' rule for any calls coming in to that Trunk but that do not match any rules that are below.

There are no Office hours for the Queue.

At the trunk level if I check and set specific hours.

Would those hours trickle down into the DiD level?

And I guess extension hours override all then?

The system/trunk is first order because it would dictate inbound routing for the trunk.
DID is second order and usually where inbound rules are created.. so whatever office hours are set there usually reign.
Extension's office hours mainly work by changing extension status/availability.. which then affects call routing to that extension. So no.. it doesn't override anything. Calls to our main line aren't overridden because somebody is on vacation.

Excellent description.
