office Status not showing

Hi we have V12 and running the 3CX android V12.0.53 and I was able to connect my Droid Bionic to the phone systems make phone calls and receive them but my status it says Disconnected then it tries to connect fails and goes back to disconnected and it tries to reconnect over and over. Did I miss anything on setup?

Never mind I had to open port 5000 and it works now.

Hi I have the same problem and the issue is resolved by opening port 5000
However, I would like to know how come the 3CX tunnel does not take care of port 5000?
how come port 5000 is not tunnelled thru the 3CX tunnel is this a bug?
Anyway to fix this? as we want to avoid opening more ports to our environment.

The "web features" such as presence, chat, etc. do not tunnel. The tunnel is for SIP and RTP (voice items).
