Old backup

Hi, I was a previous 3CX customer last year, I left and now back, does 3CX keep a back of my old portal?

If your question is whether we keep a backup of the old system, note that if the machine was deleted because it was never renewed, no backup exists. You need to reconfigure the PBX.
