On hold music is amendable

I've noticed that the on hold music is amendable. You can set playlists and randomly carousel others.

My question is: Can you set the on hold music depending on the time of day of the office hours or the time of day of the incoming external caller?

I'm afraid that there is no natively built in way to do this at present.

Thanks, for replying. The advantage of such an option could be better end user experience or corporate messaging via the on-hold music. When you say natively, I hazard to think you could script this code and add it to 3CXs software. I would be more confident if 3CX were to code it. Thanks, perhaps, this could be an added feature.

For this to be considered for implementation, you would need to contact a 3CX Partner of Gold Status or above to post the feature request to the Ideas forum on your behalf. Once the idea gains enough traction (upvotes) then it will be considered for implementation.
