hi iam new to this program i have managed to change my ringtone on the 3cx phone but i cant find anyway to change the on hold music does anyone have any ideas thanks in advance

Music on hold is is under Settings - General and on the General tab.

However for each Queue you create it can also have its own music on hold which is under Other Options at the bottom of the queue when you edit it/set it up.

This is very handy as we have different marketing or tech support music on hold for our queues.

But I think in your case you want the one under Settings.
