On-Premise v20 unable to download file

I have an On-Premise installation running v20. I am trying to setup a Grandstream HT801 to my installation. I do the setup with the MAC address and everything. I get the prompt to download the cfg file but there is no file there. it is just the provisioning link. I am not quite sure what to do about that. I can access the server directly if I need to pull it direct off of the server.

Hi,

Add your device MAC address with ".xml" at the end of the link and you can download the config file.

I see you are running the latest Alpha version, please note this is not recommended for production environments - this is meant only for testing.

I am also having this issue. Would the format you are recommending be:
http://xxx.xxx.1.164/provisioning/sm6bjhtsz7c8d/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xml

I've tried all the combinations, and I get a page cannot be displayed.

I ended up downgrading my system. The format that it gave me is below. xxxxxxxxxxxx is MAC Address.

http://xxx.xxx.1.164/provisioning/sm6bjhtsz7c8d/cfgxxxxxxxxxxxx.xml

@TBarker1989 That is the correct URL format

@JG55247 I should reiterate that Update 5 Alpha is only for testing, not production systems. When the next beta comes out soon you can upgrade out of alpha, and then later on to the final official release
