one way voice issue

hello guys,

i am having a one way voice, rtp is not reaching the 3cx sip phone, and i suspect that it is because the header contact "sip:+3xxxxxxxxxxx@@ip1:5060" and the body IN IP4 @ip2 are using different ip addresses, did anyone ever faced this issue with 3CX ?
is it possible to force 3CX to use the same ip in both contact and RTP ip address (IN) at least to test confirm that this is the issue ?
