-am running latest version 3CX V18 and also latest Version of Android. samsung S21
- firewall checker and SIP ALG all OK and Pass
- *777 can hear over WAN
- *888 Call back ok and hearing over WAN

if i use android to call extension over same LAN. Voice are heard both ways
if i call android to another android over Internet or 4G networks also no issue ( even android to 3CX window App is ok)

but issue comes when i use android app which is on different Network say internet/ 4G to call any Extension Phones.
- the person who is opposite can hear loud and clear but i can’t hear him.

Hi @sajjad,

Can you test by turning off / on the Car / Bluetooth Support (Telecom API) in the 3CX App Settings >> Advanced?

thanks to revert back, i just tried still same stil same problem!

So just to confirm, you're saying that you only have the issue if the Android App is remote to the PBX and you make a call to an IP Phone(not a 3CX Client)?

Can you provide the following info:

• Is this the only android device with the issue or do all of them have the problem in the described call flow scenario?
• Have you tried the BETA release for android too(18.1.0.30)?
• If this happens only when calling an IP Phone, please let us know how are the IP Phones provisioned (STUN,SBC,Local)
• What is the PBX exact Host OS(Windows Server 2019, Debian 10, etc).
• Does it matter if it is the Android App initiating the call or the IP Phone, do you still get the same behavior either way?

REPLY TO ABOVE

- the issue is with all Android App/web/ and window based Software
- currently using V18.0.11.107, any link for Beta Release?
- it happens Between android/window/web when in different network calling IP Phone in Local
- Host Window Server 2019 in VM Enviroment
- It does not matter, both ways same issue. android calling local phone or local Phone calling Android

I feel I may have misunderstood the situation so please bear with me and clarify on the following:

I initially understood the issue only occurs when using the Android App but your last reply suggests otherwise. Are you saying that the call flow with which you have the issue is the following:

Any endpoint (IP Phone, 3CX Android/iOS app, 3CX Webclient, 3CX Desktop/Windows App) that is remote to the PBX (NOT on the same LAN as the PBX) that calls ANY 3CX endpoint that IS local to the PBX then you only have one way audio?

That said, which of the following scenarios do you have the issue with:

• webclient(remote) calls webclient(local LAN)
• webclient(remote) calls IP Phone(local LAN)
• webclient(remote) calls webclient(remote)
• webclient(remote) calls IP Phone(remote)
