Hi,
since this morning our users are unable to connect to Video Conferences due to this error.
That's because they are unable to connect to the mcu:
mcu-wmr-eu-48891.3cx.net

We are allowing your mcu server list as specifiedin this post https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/mcu-servers-list.113300/ and it all worked well until today.
It seems that mcu-wmr-eu-48891.3cx.net isn't included in v18-vc-qos.3cx.net record and allowing it specifically is solving the issue.

Thanks
Giuseppe

And still no one from 3CX confirming that the issue is solved

Hello Giuseppe, sorry for the delayed answer. We had an issue that caused delays in DNS update, we gave priority to resolving it.
Normally v18-vc-qos.3cx.net is updated in 1 minute when a new server is added, but due to the forementioned issue there were delays. The issue has been fixed at 2:00 UTC. Thanks for reporting the problem.
