Hey Team,
I did the download/install of OpenVpn Server on the same server as Elastix. I then installed the client portions on several andriod phones, several andriod tablets and one Win 95 desktop.
Issue: once I do a OpenVPN Client "connect" on any device, the device will connect without issue, then I do a sip softphone connection without issue. The problem is that when I go to make a call on any of the softphones after it registers thru the OpenVPN to the Elastix server I have no audio/video in either direction at first. I have to hang the call up then I make the same call again and all works great including audio from that point on unless my OpenVPN disconnects then reconnects and then I have to go thru the same process over again. Frustrating to start a VPN session, register a phone, dial a number, then having to hang up and dial the number right back in order to get phones audio/video working thru VPN. If I register the softphones (andriods or Win) without using the OpenVPN I do not have this audio/video passing issue. Appears to be an issue with the VPN passing the audio/video on first connect.
Any suggestions on what to look for or what might be causing the problem as I am at my witts end trying to correct it.
Thanks,
amphibian
