Operator Extension

I have one system with 2 offices. Cloud hosted Version 20.

I would like to setup 2 operator extensions.
300 in Main office
400 in remote office

Issue is, right now if someone is calling extension 310 in main office and extension does not answer and the caller presses star, then that caller is connected to the operator extension 300. which is correct.
But if somone calls ext 410, (different location) and 410 does not ansewer, and the caller presses star, they are connected to extension 300. 300 is the operator extension in the main office. I need the caller to be connected to the operator ext of 400 in the remote office.

How is this setup?

This would require a CFD application. The CFD would become the global operator extension (it may need to be a dummy extension that forwards all calls to the CFD). When a call arrives at the CFD, it would have to look at where the call is coming from and decide which "operator" should receive the call. DM me if you need help building the CFD application.

VOIPTools answer is correct. The "no-code" man's version is to have a IVR be the Operator and have the user select the location from the IVR.

Yes the CFD might be complicated to implement (not impossible), the best suggestion is coming from @SweetAction
