Operator Panel Question

Hey Team,

I know I have asked this before but I received no answer so I think I will give it one more try.

On the Operator Panel Page, on the right side of the taht panel there is several listing of the following:

Area 1 ---- ext [edit name]
Area 2 ---- ext [edit name]
Area 3 ---- ext [edit name]

What are these for and what do they represent?

I have been unable to find any information about this and it's about to drive me nuts (well a little more nuttier than I already am).

Those are areas whre you can drag and drop your extensions..

if you want to know exeactly what your sales extensios are doing, you may drag and drop them into a group, that way you will be able to find quicker what your sales rpresentatives are doing.

Conclusion: it is another view.
