Option to change timezone in scheduling a webmeeting

Hi all,

Is there any way to dynamically change a timezone when a "schedule later" meeting is created.

We have clients from different timezone and when we schedule a meeting with them, we want to make sure we use their timezone.

I know the timezone invite will use the user's computer timezone. But this option requires another step and they might forgot to change it back. (inconvenient approach)

Hi,

There is no dynamic way as you describe it, you have to compensate for the time zone accordingly, just use a timezone converter.

The person receiving it will see the timezone in the email invite so they are made aware of the correct time.
