Orange Lights after Reboot on Cisco SPA5xxx

When our Cisco SPA509g and 525g2 phones reboot, some of them come backup with the BLF lights Orange.

Normally the BLF lights are green to show that the extension is idle and registered with the phone.

Instead, the lights are orange. The phone's own extension is green.

Has anyone seen this before?

I have this EXACT same issue. Did you ever find a resolution?

Try Factory Reset-ing the phones, and reprovisioning. If that doesn't work, then you might need to do some exploring inside the phone interface to find abnormalities in the configuration of the extension.
