Out of Queue

i could need your help.

Is it possible to turn off the option for a specific extension, to log out of a queue over the Q in the 3CX Client?

Would it rather be possible to remove the button to remove of the queue in general?

Not with the 3CX native app. It may be possible to use a 3rd party softphone but you may want to look through the Ideas section of the forum and upvote the idea to remove the Q button (if it exists).
