I miss read your range. Yes, they are two different ranges. Are there any other rules that we can not see?extension range 3200-3300 and 3100-3199 are not same, why it is mixng the range.
further to that if i move rule 2 up then all calls will start going from this rule. i wanted to defince some extenstions should use that rule and some difference.
Wait, really? It's supposed to be an AND ... i.e. these extensions AND this department (AND this prefix), not an OR.Hi @farhanrkhan its because you have the same department filter on both rules. That will match and satisfy the rule first.
If you remove department and just use the extension ranges it will work. Otherwise, put those extensions into separate departments.
I just got stuck on this one recently
Cheers
Well, today I learn. Thanks for the links and the heads up - I'm sure you just saved me a bunch of pain somewhere down the line.@SweetAction yes, that's what I thought too. See https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/multitenant-mode-and-couple-outbound-rules.135413/post-647998
I would interpret "cumulative" to mean AND not OR. A "trap for young players".
@farhanrkhan I was doing it in multi-tenant as well.
I think until v20, it was.All this time I thought it was an "And". I'm getting a little rusty in my old age.
