Outbound call MS Teams doesn't work

Hi
I have integration with MS Teams.
And I can't make call from Teams to external numbers, meanwhile I can from web https://softico.3cx.eu/webclient/
Also can call from web to MS Teams.
from MS Teams to web - can't.

Tested from 100 and 702


Dial plan was pushed to MS Teams

Hi!

First lets focus on this that you said:

from MS Teams to web - can't.

Create a new Extension that is NOT synced with Teams and log into the WebClient for this extension.
Then call from Ext 100 from the Teams client to the new Extension.
Does this work?

I created 800 Ext (manual) and call from Teams(100) to 800(Android 3CX) - it doesn't work

Meanwhile if I call from 800(Android 3CX) to mobile number - works.

Also see in extended logs 3CX only call from 800 to mobile

Didn't see any other with 800 (I mean my attempt call from 100Teams to 800Android3CX)

Hi, could I ask you is it right format number?

Yes, this looks like the right format although the number seems a bit short for a UK number.

At this point, I really couldn't say. I think you need to contact your 3CX Partner or contact the 3CX Support Team directly for help on the matter.
