Outbound call problem

Sorry this probably is an easy fix but I'm having trouble making outbound calls. To clarify the calls work perfectly but I must dial 1 to make calls. Does anyone know how to set up my system to just allow area code and phone number instead of using 1 plus area code and phone number? Thanks!!!

More or less trivial -- create an outbound rule for dialed numbers with length of 10 digits (if you are located in the North America) and prepend digit '1' in front of the dialed digits.
