Outbound Caller ID using Skyetel

Using Skyetel with Startup, it only sends the phone number for outbound caller ID, not the name. I see on the Skyetel site there is a workaround for the full version of 3cx using either changing the extension parameters or using custom fields on the SIP header for the display name and user part. As it is only the number is passed and inbound caller ID screen shows number and rate code city.

Is there any way to have the Startup version send the caller ID name ?

Regarding your question, with the start-up version, there are no custom-filed sip options, I'm afraid. But with the skyetel sip trunk, the originator caller ID is set to the 'from the display name'.
