Hello,

do you know which
button, field, parameter
controlls the outgoing displayed number?

I am curious why the "Main Trunk No"
(under https://company-test.3cx.de:5001/#/app/trunk_editor/2)
(instead of the "outbound caller id")
was displayed on my mobile samsung phone. (when I did a outgoing call from 3cx-snom to samsung)
(under 3cx Webadmin/users/ext.33/Outbound Caller ID there is +49302200033)

I have a deutsche Telekom Company Flex SIP Trunk like:
Main Trunk No +493022000
and a extension block with 00-99

I discovered that "clip no screening" needs to be enabled at the SIP Trunk Provider to ensure that +49302200033 is displayed at the samsung-mobile phone.
The original template (no changes) + latest v18 is in use.

Do you think I have a wrong configuration or I need to change some outbound parameters?

AFAIK it was working with an older deutsche telekom template (ngn) last year - I will test it again soon.

Thx + Best Regards

So...this is "feature" that you had to contact your provider to enable?. If that is the case, then it has nothing to do with the 3CX settings/template, unless, you had it enabled, and then continued to have issues.

I don't know why it would have worked with V16. You might ask your provider as they are the ones that blocked the number.
