Outbound calls - Click to dail - First Mobile then target

Hello,

I'm not really sure how to describe my question in "technical terms" so i'll just describe my wishes.

I would like to be able to run software on our terminal server that enables browsers (IE8) to click on telephone numbers or select a number and press a function key and that action makes the phone system first call my mobile, then call the selected number.

Is this possible with the 3cx software?

In my mind this effectively creates a "group call", am I correct?

It would be great if I can also optionally record via the software.

Let's break down all your wishes.

First wish, "Click to call". 3cx currently does not have that feature. However, if you are located in the US and if all your extensions have a direct number associated with it, you can use google voice as a work around solution for the click to call function.

Second wish, Call recording optionally during a call. Yes, this feature is available in the current version of 3CX. Just install the 3cx Myphone on the PC "TS server in your case" and login to it. Right click on the active all and select "Record Call"
