I have setup 3CX with an orbtalk sip trunk. I can receive inbound call but when I make an outboud call I get the message 'call forbidden by administrator'.
When I look in the call log I see the error 'Route disabled'
Where am I going wrong?
I have checked that the outbound calls are allowed in trunk settings and I have an outbound rule which says calls beginning with 0 go to orbtalk.
If I put the sip details in a generic softphone I can make outbound calls so the sip trunk is working.
