I'm facing the following issue:

I have two Outbound Routes with two different DID's (4444 and 5555) and two sets of extensions since I manage two locations on the same PBX, (Exts. 1xx and 2xx). Extensions 1xx would have the 4444 DID and extensions 2xx would have the 5555 DID.

I see that no matter which extension I use (1xx or 2xx) the call goes out using the first Outbound Route no matter what, it seems that the call will go out using the order of the Routes, I changed the order and confirmed that the new first Route in the list was the one being used. My question is, is there a way to make a rule or something that tells PBX if a call is being made from 1xx extension to use the 4444 DID and if a call is going out from 2xx extension to use the other DID (5555)? Because all calls CID is as the first Outbound Route's DID.

I'm sorry if I'm not being clear enough.

Thanks in advance.

You can use a module called custom contexts to do this functionality.
