Outbound Faxing Not Working V20

Hello,

I currently have a HT801 FXS Adapter for my printer/fax machine.

I am able to receive faxes however I am unable to send out anything.

SIP Provider - Telnyx
3CX Version - V20 (This has also been happening even during when V18 was supported)

Does anyone have any ideas or what to check?

Is the ATA local to the PBX or remote? If it is remote it would have t be connected through a 3CX SBC.

Also, check your outbound rules and what they define.

Check your event log and what it says when you try to send a fax. If the call is not successful there should be an entry there

Its connected remotely however it is in the same LAN as the SBC as I had trouble generating a provision file. Could it be that?

Go into your Voice and Chat page, and open your FXS configuration.

You should see the provisioning link. Make sure you have an extension defined in the users tab, and go copy that link. Paste it into a browser, and save the resulting XML file. Then go upload that into your gateway.

Make sure you have the SBC defined in the routing device drop down
