Hello folks.
I am experiencing an issue with my Outbound Routes, haven't done any changes (that I know of), the issue is this: When I make an outbound call the call is routed using the first route on the list, if it does not match, it's supposed to try the next route where the dialed numbers matches but it is not doing so, it sticks on the first route, if it fails it won't go on with the next and the next which is causing me a lot of productivity issues.
I have various outbound routes with different patterns for every type of calls we need to make at our office (local, long distance, International, etc.). Whenever I need to make a call using one of those patterns I need to manually move that route to the top.
I already tried to do something on my dialplan by editing my extensions_custom.conf by adding "outbound-allroutes" as below and still the same issue:
[from-internal-custom]
include => outbound-allroutes
I have googled this and looked on this forums but I could not find anything, that's why I'm opening a new thread so you experts can give me a hand on this issue. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
