Hi,

I have 1 SIP trunk with 2 numbers. One number is Australian and one is NZ. The main trunk number is the Australian number. How can I make an Outbound rule so that when dialling a NZ number, it will use that NZ number(member of the SIP trunk) instead of the main Australian trunk number? should I just add that NZ number as CallerID(of an extension)and that extension would always use that NZ line?

Please note that the DID number is only for inbound calling. All outbound calls will go through the main trunk number. In this case you need to sent the caller id as you described.
