Hi there,
My goal is to create outbound rule for specific external number for example 00122222222. I have 2 SIP Trunks A and B and following outbound rules:
Rule 1: Prefix: 00122222222 go through SIP Trunk A
Rule 2: Prefix: 001 go through SIP Trunk B
Rule 1 have greater priority over Rule 2.
Now if I call number 00122222222 my call is going as expected through SIP Trunk A, however if I call to any other number starting with 001 for example 00133333338 call is going also through SIP Trunk A. Any ideas how to solve that problem?

Can you post a screenshot of the rules, mask out any private info

Just for trouble shooting purposes if you swap them 2 rules around does the calls start going out on B?

I see you have also locked it down to extension group - Customer Service.

Silly question, you are testing from an extension that is a member of this group.

diamond9: I did it before and effect was each call longer that 9 and starting with "001" went through SIP Trunk B.

Saqqara: Of course I tested it as Customer Service member.

Check the activity log, to see why it is selecting the rule

Well in Activity log I can only see something like this: Call from Extn:041 to 00122222222 matches outbound rule 'To USA Partner' if this rule have higher priority and: Call from Extn:041 to 00122222222 matches outbound rule 'To USA' if this is rule is above rule "To USA Partner". There is no info in activity log about how 3CX select route, only result. I have Logging Level set to Medium.

3CX will go down the outbound rule list, from top to bottom. As long as there is nothing preventing an extension from using a rule, then the call will use the first match it comes to. So, for routing a specific number, put it above the "general" catch-all rule. You may also want to specify digit length, as you know how long that number is. If you have done this , and calls are still not using it, remove the "general" rule (after hours), and see if it works, if not, then you have some other restriction in place.

I have added digits length to rule "To USA Partner" and now everything is working as expected. I can reach my Partner via trunk A , and all others numbers starting with "001" via trunk B. Thank you for you tip.
