Hi all

On a v18 pbx we had several speeddials configured in outbould rules which was working properly.
For example: They dial *000 and the outbound rule strips 4 digits and adds the number that needs to be called.

After the update to v20 this is not working anymore. When we dial one of those codes it says "Cancelled".
If we convert the outbound rule to **000 it does work.

Any idea why and how to resolve? (Without changing all the speeddials with an additional *)

Use any different than * maybe #. * is for Call Codes.

Or change the default *0 parking code.

I would avoid using any type of * code for speed dials. You could mess things up down the line as well.
