Outbound Rules with * Prefix

I have to dial *99 before I call a 10 digit number. Can I make an outbound rule for numbers dialed with prefix starting with * ?
Or is this not possible because of 3CX * dial codes?
Is *99 the prefix or 99?

You mean your provider requires this?
3CX making use of the leading * as a code, aside, you might want to confirm that you can make use of the * in outbound rules. Keep in mind that some devices are also looking for codes with a leading *.
