Outbound Rules

Hello, everyone.

I've got a question concerning outbound rules in 3cx:

Are the following 3 rules:
- Calls to Numbers starting with (Prefix)
- Calls from extension(s)
- Calls to Numbers with a length of
Applied as OR or as AND?

Second, how are rules processed? Sequentially? If two rules are identical, which takes precedence?

Finally, how do we modify the processing order if it is sequential?
