Outbound SMS not working

Hi,
I set up a basic setup with 3 CX and Twilio. Most of the things are working but from the 3 CX I am not able to send or reply to SMS messages. Incoming SMS is working.

I setup my SIP trunk with Twilio and have also started my registeration with A2P 10DLC.

My SMS settings on the 3 CX looks like

Any guidance what is missing in my setup?

Check twilio logs. You may need to register a2p with twilio. You cannot send messages until a2p is complete

If you are using Twilio and attempting to send or receive SMS messages, 10DLC/A2P registration is generally not required for basic one-to-one SMS testing. 10DLC registration becomes necessary when you are using the number for business messaging campaigns or registering a brand for A2P messaging.

Based on the information provided, this does not appear to be a 10DLC-related issue. Before investigating further, please perform the following checks:

1. Are you using the Twilio template provided and tested by 3CX, which automatically provisions the number and SMS settings?
2. Or did you manually create and configure the Twilio SIP trunk in 3CX?
3. Verify that the Account SID configured under the SMS settings in 3CX is correct and matches your Twilio account.
4. Confirm that the Twilio number has SMS capabilities enabled.
5. Check the Twilio logs to see whether the SMS request is reaching Twilio and whether any error messages are being generated.
6. Ensure that the destination number is entered in E.164 format (for example, +14xxxxxxxxx) when sending SMS messages.

without the SMS compliance, the carriers are blocking the SMS messages. Secondly, I have trying to get compliance with Twilio since past few weeks but for no good reason Twilio rejects my camapsign submission without mu details.

Is there a sample on what Twilio expects in the campagain?
