Has anyone ever seen this?

Just one extension on the 3CX Android app. We can use it fine on deskphone or web phone on a pc.

I removed, re-added, setup keep alive, setup everything , but it doesn't even allow internal calls to go. So just dialing an extension gives the same error

3CXv20 update 5
Android app - 20.3.0

We also have an iphone user receptionist, that many times when she goes to transfer a call the app like closes and she just has the 'dialpad' pop up. This also started in the past week

If you increase the activity log level in 3CX you should see why the call is dropping.

Please try to disable the Telecom API option under the settings of the 3cx Mobile app on Android.

That did it!

Settings / Advanced
Car / Bluetooth Support (Telecom API)

I can make calls now! I'm guessing I can't use bluetooth with this option off, but that's perfectly fine.
