outgoing calls problem

Hey everyone.

I have pro licence and version number is 16.0.612


My problem is that the outgoing calls look like this. The phone does not ring. The photo below.
edit: And this happens occasionally. It returns to normal after 3-5 minutes.




Incoming calls are also no problem.

What is the problem? Thank you

Yes the call is coming.
I make internal calls. No problem.

So what does your 3CX server say ? outbound rule issue maybe ? is the same call working from a webclient ?

Look at the 3CX Activity Log, to see exactly what happened with the failed call. Post the log, if you are unsure as to what it is telling you. Be sure to X out any sensitive information.
