Solved Outgoing Fax

I am having an issue either provisioning a Grandstream HT812 or just getting outgoing faxes to work.

The configuration instructions on 3CX are outdated for V20.

Customer says they can receiving faxes but not send them, I thought I correctly provisioned the HT812 with the link, but the login password to the device is still the default (admin, admin). Like it didn't take the provisioning and change the password.

Hi there.
What are your outbound rules in there?
So if you create an outbound rule that will only have a Prefix and nothing else in there (no extension/groups/digit length), and have it there, does it make a difference?

Ok, I just upgraded to 1 Beta and I will ask the client to try to fax out.
Attached is our fax out rule. not sure if that is correct

Did it work, if not, In your outbound rule, remove the extension number, as well as the digit length, and instead, only leave the prefix there.
