Outlook calendar integration to set out of office / busy ?

Im not aware of it but ive had a client ask if t hey could link to their outlook calendar and set users out of office or busy during outlook appointments

Outlook is connected to which mail system i.e. inhouse Exchange, Office365, Google.

This is an option with either 365 integration or exchange integration, not outlook directly, but rather with the backend exchange servers via integration.
